Any refund request can only be entertained up to 5pm of the day prior to the commencement of the course or prior to uploading of Batch Details in DGS website whichever is earlier. Any refund request shall be communicated via e-mail and confirmation of the same is required for further processing. Returns processing and credits will be issued within 7 business days of return acceptances by Sensea Maritime Academy.
If the candidate books the wrong course or if the candidate does not provide complete documentation prior to payment of the course and hence a wrong course is booked then any excess payment shall not be refunded but will be adjusted with a course that the candidate does within 6 months of such payment.
